Terms of Service
These terms govern purchases from Southlight Digital LLC ("we"), 1057 NW 136th Ave, Miami, FL 33182, USA. By buying you accept them.
Products. We sell digital products only. Each product page states what it includes and its price, with the currency shown explicitly.
License. You get a personal, non-transferable license. You may not resell, share or publish the files.
Payments. Payments are processed by our payment providers. Prices include any taxes shown at checkout.
Promotions. Discounts apply only during the period stated in the offer and cannot be combined unless stated. We do not offer free trials.
Information. Our products are educational and do not replace professional advice.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you are not satisfied, email contact@southlightdigitalllc.com within the guarantee period stated on the product page with your order number and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Our products are one-time purchases: there is no subscription to cancel.
Delivery Policy
All products are digital. After payment you receive an email with the download link or access within minutes. If it does not arrive within 24 hours, check your spam folder and write to us: we resend it. No physical products are shipped.
Privacy Policy
We collect the data needed to process your order and deliver your product: name, email and payment details (handled by our payment providers; we never store full card numbers).
We use your email to deliver purchases and for customer support, and for marketing only if you agree. We do not sell your data.
